Mindy Kidd, an associate at Parsons Behle & Latimer, will be a panelist at the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) “Breaking Barriers Over Bagels - Navigating the Development Process from Community Engagement to Entitlements,” event on May 20 at the firm’s Salt Lake City office.
Kidd's practice includes transactional and litigation work relating to real property. In her transactional practice, she assists clients with their real estate needs, including purchasing, leasing and zoning. Her litigation practice focuses on real property litigation.
Presented in conjunction with ULI’s Women Leadership Initiative (WLI), the presentation will explore how projects move from early community conversations through complex entitlement pathways, highlighting the realities of balancing stakeholder input, regulatory requirements and financial constraints. Panelists will offer a look at the challenges and opportunities of creating better informed, collaborative and effective development processes.
The mission of the WLI is to raise visibility and the number of women leaders in ULI and promote the advancement of women, throughout their careers, as leaders in the real estate industry.
