Travis Corbin, an associate in the firm’s Salt Lake City office, contributed an article for the May 1 issue of Utah Business magazine addressing the newly-signed Utah H.B. 474, which makes substantial modifications to Utah’s Uniform Commercial Code to more accurately “reflect the realities of modern commerce.” Corbin’s practice includes serving as finance and real estate counsel and assisting clients in a wide range of finance and real estate transactions, private securities offerings and fund formation.
