Parsons Behle & Latimer hosted its 38th Annual Employment Law Symposium in partnership with Salt Lake SHRM on April 14 at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City. The annual symposium, which highlights timely and significant employment law-related topics, is designed for corporate counsel, business owners and human resource professionals. This year’s event covered topics including social media, free speech and employer liability; ICE raids and business immigration; non-competes; ADA accommodations; and HR compliance and claim prevention. The symposium concluded with lunch and a keynote chat with Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., president and CEO of SHRM.
