Benjamin T. Beasley is a shareholder in the firm and concentrates his practice on all aspects of business transactions and corporate law. Whether his clients are building a company, creating a cutting-edge product, obtaining financing, taking strategic movement or exploring a new industry, Ben assists with legal solutions ranging from the highest strategic discussions to the textual details of documents.
Ben received his juris doctor degree from Harvard Law School and began his legal career at the London office of a New York law firm, where he helped with international transactions and financings. For three years before law school, he was an investment and valuation analyst. Ben’s recent practice has focused on business clients ranging from high-growth technology companies to international corporations. Drawing on his background advising on local, national, and international matters, and focusing on a practical, pragmatic perspective to legal representation, Ben is experienced with helping clients balance costs and risks to achieve their goals.
Assisting clients in an array of transactions, Ben is experienced in entity formation, funding, partnership questions, management and growth issues, legal operations, asset structuring, mergers and acquisitions, entity dissolutions, secured and unsecured lending transactions, planning and zoning, and business structures.
