Benjamin T. Beasley is a shareholder in the firm and concentrates his practice on all aspects of business transactions and corporate law. Ben received his juris doctor degree from Harvard Law School and began his legal career at the London office of a New York law firm, where he helped with international transactions and financings. For three years before law school, he was an investment and valuation analyst. Ben’s recent practice has focused on business clients ranging from high-growth technology companies to international corporations. Drawing on his background advising on local, national, and international matters, and focusing on a practical, pragmatic perspective to legal representation, Ben is experienced with helping clients balance costs and risks to achieve their goals.
