Biography

Ryan Spencer is an associate in the firm’s Idaho Falls office where he focuses his practice on business and corporate litigation, real estate litigation, healthcare and education law. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law, receiving his J.D. in May of 2023. During law school, Ryan was a law clerk for a local Idaho firm, gaining litigation experience drafting court documents, conducting research, preparing legal arguments and assisting with trial strategy.

Ryan gained significant legal administrative experience working as a legal assistant while attending BYU-Idaho as an undergraduate, where he earned a B.S. in special education with an emphasis in severe disabilities in 2020. Having worked as a student teacher and special education paraprofessional with students with learning, mental and physical disabilities, Ryan is passionate about developing better education practices for students with disabilities.
